OUR STORY

The OffSzn Was
Born From Quiet.

We started hosting because we fell in love with Provincetown in the off-season — and we wanted others to feel what we feel when the town exhales and gives itself back to the people who love it most.

HOW IT STARTED

A Love Letter to the Off-Season

We've been Bostonians on a Provincetown adventure for years. What started as weekend escapes turned into something we couldn't stop thinking about: the way P'town feels in October, in January, in early May — when the light is different, the streets are quiet, and the town exhales.

We started hosting our own properties because we wanted guests to experience that. Not the summer version — the real version. The one where you can get a table at your favorite restaurant, walk the breakwater alone at sunrise, and actually hear yourself think.

The OffSzn grew from that belief. We're not a platform. We're a point of view: that the off-season isn't a consolation prize — it's the whole point.

When the crowds fade, the soul of a town appears. That’s when the best stories happen.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Values

These aren't aspirations. They're the decisions we make every time we choose a property to host or a guest to welcome.

Stillness Has Value

We believe rest isn't lazy — it's essential. The off-season offers a kind of quiet that peak season never can. We exist to give people access to that.

Locals First

Every property is hosted by someone who genuinely loves their town year-round — not a corporation optimizing for occupancy. That difference matters in how guests are treated.

Inclusive by Nature

Provincetown is one of the most welcoming places in the world. Our community reflects that. All are welcome here — artists, dreamers, families, couples, solo wanderers.

Real Over Perfect

We don't chase glossy or filtered. Our properties are lovingly maintained and genuinely comfortable. We'd rather have honest charm than manufactured perfection.

"An absolute gem. The patio became our morning ritual — coffee, quiet, and that perfect P'town light. We didn't want to leave."

"The parking alone was worth it in Provincetown — but the space itself was warm, comfortable, and genuinely felt like a home, not a rental."

★★★★★

"We're already planning our return trip. P'town in January is something we never knew we needed — quiet, moody, and completely restorative."
